Join us and our friends from White Lotus Yoga for an hour-long, mindful, slower-paced yoga class to revitalize the mind and body. Aspects of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga will be featured in this class while linking movement to breath.
White Lotus is dedicated to cultivating physical and spiritual growth in our students through the practice of Yoga; offering a flexible schedule of yoga classes 7 days a week from their Washington Township studio for all experience levels in a variety of styles including Aerial, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin plus an intro to yoga beginner classes. There is something for everyone regardless of your yoga interests and abilities!
All levels are welcome to attend. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
